Alarie is an attractive, well-laid out small house in southern Eastham originally planned for the owners’ retirement home. (They outgrew it almost before they moved in and now live next door.) This little place has a living room, separate kitchen, and den that can be closed off, giving it both extra living space and privacy for additional sleeping. There are air conditioners in each bedroom. This cottage is very clean, well-maintained, and less than 100 yards to the Rail Trail (bike path). It's in a rural area of town and even has a small cranberry bog across the street.
