We Go A Step Beyond Renting

you too busy to look for a cottage to rent? Maybe there are so many you
just don't know where to start. On the other hand, I find it more
frustrating to know when to stop. Was something wrong with the first
1763 you looked at, or are you afraid that there's one perfect place
out there you haven't seen so far? You shouldn't have to take a day off
from work just to find enough time to locate the right rental cottage. If we don't have what you're looking for among our own listings, for a fee we will find you several choices narrowed down from the vast supply offered on the Web. It will be up to you contact the other agency or owner and follow their instructions for reserving your vacation home. You must be sure to ask them questions, state your needs, and discuss the potential of that cottage to be satisfactory. The final decision is yours, and any problems that may arise are between you and the owner or agent. We're using over 50 years of combined experience in the rental industry to choose the places that best fit what you tell us you want from the hundreds of available places, but you're making the final decision. The places we choose will be vacant at the time we find them and tell you. However, you must act quickly or they could get booked. If none of our picks work, we'll find a couple more. You must tell us why you rejected the first ones; that will guide us in finding new ones. We will not do a second list if you waited until all the ones on the first list were booked, or if you failed to give us pertinent information. (“All the cottages you found were in Eastham; I forgot to tell you I wanted to be in Wellfleet.”) The more limitations you set, the less choices we'll be able to find, but almost everyone's dream vacation is out there waiting to be found.. Look over our web site to get an idea of what different cottages cost to rent. We cannot find you a cottage on the beach for $1000. We can find you several nice cottages in that price range. A small number of those will allow pets. Each restriction you place narrows our search, but isn't that what you're asking us to do? If we're unable to find at least two places that fit your needs, we will tell you and refund your money. |
