We have a number of rentals spread throughout two towns.  This makes it very difficult for us to go to retrieve keys when they are left at a rental property.  Please come to our office when you have finished your vacation and drop the keys off here.  We have a limited number of keys, and there are times when we run short due to accidental drowning (as from a bathing suit pocket) or other mishaps.  We may need your key for the next tenants who are arriving, so please make it part of your check-out routine to leave the rental property by 10 AM and bring the key(s) directly to our office.  If you leave at night or before we open in the morning, please put the key(s) on the small ledge formed by the top of our enclosed bulletin board on the front of our building.
