Maillet's rental cottage can be rented either as an accompaniment to the Maillet house rental or a separate rental. It is the original carriage house with two bedrooms and one bath. The cottage shas AC, cable TV, and WiFi. The large, private back yard faces Nauset Inlet and has a panoramic view of the salt marsh and estuaries with the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. Both Maillet places (See Maillet House) rent Sunday to Sunday. It is often difficult to find two rentals together where a family can reunite for a shared vacation, but the Maillet property, although too small to be considered a compound, has the same feeling of separate togetherness.
