DeHaan:  Two bedroom cottage on a large, flat sunny lot just 3/10 of a mile down a dirt road to Campground Landing, one of the most popular public bay beaches in the northern part of Eastham. Sleeps 6  $1125  Available weeks: August 28; September 4, 11, 18, 25

Dooher:  North Eastham. New home in quiet setting, convenient to high school where Cape Cod Institute is held. 1 mile to Atlantic Ocean beach. 3 bedrooms, all with AC, 2 baths, WiFi, WD, cable TV.  Highlight of home is fully-screened outdoor living area.  $1700  Available weeks:  No remaining 2010 availability

Dufresne:  Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths in a residential area in South Eastham. Convenient to Orleans and shopping, restaurants. Washer, dryer, cable TV, dishwasher. Roomy, attractive home sleeps 6. Finkelstein:  Eastham, Hatch Road and Great Pond Road, opposite pond beach. Three bedrooms, bath with shower, sleeps 6, screened porch. Furgang:  Eastham, across a one-lane, dead-end dirt road from the beach north of First Encounter. 2 bedrooms, loft, 1 bath. Sleeps 6. Garrett:  One-room efficiency condo on Route 6 in Eastham near the Orleans line.  Convenient to the shops and  galleries in Orleans, but shares the rural atmosphere and bay, pond, and ocean beaches in Eastham.  Sleeps 2.  Cable TV and WiFi.    In season (dates in bold): $650/week.  Off season: $500/week.  Available weeks: September 4, 25

Grandjacques:  Wellfleet, King Philip Road. Upside-down cottage with living area upstairs for view and breeze. Three bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, upper deck. Johnson:   North Eastham, quiet residential road about a mile to the bay. Cable TV with CD stereo, VCR & DVD. Kaplan:   North Eastham, 19th century cottage on Nauset Road near Cable Road and the regional high school. Just a mile to Nauset Light Beach.  Four bedrooms, 1 bath, sleeps 8. Cable TV, WIFI.    $1075/week.  $75 discount for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: August 21

Kinsman:   Eastham, cute small, 3 bedroom cottage, 1 bath, sleeps 6. Oceanside near elementary school and Minister's Pond. No laundry.  $1050/week.    Available weeks: August 28;

Krivelin:   New "upside-down" house on Indian Neck in Wellfleet with three bedrooms on the first floor and a spacious great room upstairs with a panoramic view of a scenic salt marsh on Indian Neck in Wellfleet. Two and a half baths and all the extras. Sleeps 6.  $   Available weeks:
