The Rosenstreich cottage (Sea Clam) is one of the SeaShell condo cottages in Wellfleet. This unit is on the street level, behind one of the four which are waterfront, but with a nice diagonal water view from the deck and a very short walk between two cottages to the group’s private bay beach. The cottage was freshened recently with all new paint and is bright and cheerful. It has three small bedrooms, combination livingroom/kitchen and a single bath. All SeaShell cottages have phone and cable TV, and share coin-operated laundry facilities. Many activities are nearby, including tennis and golf at the “yacht club”, less than half a mile away. Bringing a boat and beaching it out front is permitted, but boat trailers are not allowed on the property and must be stored elsewhere.
