Williams Crows Nest is a year-round house built in the footprint of the original cottage at that location. Although small, everything fits together to make a comfortable two-story home with three bedrooms, two baths, and a screened porch. There is a second, smaller cottage on the property that rents separately. If available, it makes a great little guest house for a large family. This cottage is about 3/4 mile to the public beach on the east side of Eastham’s Great Pond, and just slightly further to Kingsbury Beach, a neighborhood pedestrian-only Cape Cod Bay beach.
