The Williams' Sand Bar cottage is a small, old-fashioned cottage from the 1950s or a bit earlier. It shares a yard with a year-round house which also rents. This little place has two bedrooms, one with a standard double and the other with both built-in bunks and a twin, a pullman-style kitchen, and living room. The rustic screened porch adds to the living space. It is about 3/4 mile to both salt and fresh water beaches.
